1978 Started selling laminators in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.
1986 Established Fujitech Co., Ltd. (Capital: 5 million yen)
1989 Ventured into environmental recycling business.
1990 Increased capital to 20 million yen.
1991 Started offering environmental equipment.
Launched recycling route consulting services.
1995 Developed a high-performance glass bottle crushing system, “Cullet Super-G”. Increased capital to 50 million yen.
Established the Osaka Main Office.
1996 Increased capital to 100 million yen.
Established the Media Division.
1997 Finished construction of the headquarter building (FEAL bldg.).
Established the Fukuoka Main Office.
1998 Established the Nagoya Main Office and general logistics center.
1999 Developed and started selling the original laminator “Super-Lami EG”.
2001 Established recycling systems for waste plastics.
Incorporated as Japan Business Publishing.
2002 Started selling the “Super Press” for recycling waste plastics. Established the Sapporo Main Office.
Started joint research with the University of Tokyo on Coenzyme Q10.
Established a research institute for Coenzyme Q10.
2003 Completed the construction of the second headquarter building.
Restaurant Division demerges and expands its business; 1-3F of the office is reconstructed to an Italian and French restaurant.
Established the Information System Division.
2005 Relocation of the Osaka Main Office to a new office.
2006 Increased capital to 300 million yen.
Changed company name to “FUJITEX.”
Established the Healthcare Division.
Started planning and developing business of health-related foods, and supply of OEM products.
2007 Strengthened market research and procurement of environmental equipment overseas.
2008 Established the Sendai Main Office.
2009 Established the Education Division (Waseda Social Education Center).
Began sourcing products from the Chinese and Korean markets.
2010 Established the Energy Division.
2011 Established the Hiroshima Main Office.
Launched the Logistics Division.
Started handling materials for the construction and logistics industries.
Entered the disaster prevention Division.
Established the Reconstruction Division.
2012 Launched the Human Resource Division.
2015 Established the Kanazawa Main Office.
Opened “Business Convenience Store,” a copy service shop in Takadanobaba, in collaboration with Writest Co., Ltd.
2016 Relocation of the Tokyo Headquarter to a new office.
2018 Relocation of the Osaka Main Office to a new office.
Signed an exclusive distributor agreement for German ARJES self-propelled dual-shaft shredders.
Signed an exclusive distributor agreement for German Aries self-propelled dual-shaft shredders.
2019 Entered into an exclusive dealership agreement with Agfa-Gevaert.
2020 Established the Sanitation Division.
Established the Reuse Division.
Established the Maintenance Division.
2021 Commemorated 35 years since the company’s founding.
2022 Formed a capital and business alliance with JAFCO Group (July 28).
2023 Relocated the Fukuoka Main Office to Tenjin Business Center.
Relocated the Osaka Main Office to Umeda Dai Building.
2024 Separated the human resources business into FT Human Capital Co., Ltd.
FT Human Capital Co., Ltd. obtained a labor dispatch business license.
Relocated the Tokyo Headquarters to Sumitomo Realty Nakano Station Building.
Entered into a capital alliance with wellup,inc. and Postal Media Association Co., Ltd.
